Bill Maron has over 25 years of experience in Investment and Corporate Banking with CIBC World Markets holding senior positions in Risk Management, Operations, Finance and Relationship Management. His experience includes project management, internal controls including Sarbanes Oxley, software selection and installation, balance sheet and liquidity management, customer and product profitability and risk analysis and business development and marketing. Prior to joining CIBC, Mr. Maron was a financial examiner with the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Economics, Mr. Maron also holds a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. Active in the community, he has served on the Boards of a number of non profit organizations.
